Questions submitted on this site
When you choose Send, your question, name, selected reply contact, optional timing, and any details you provide are saved in a protected website database. The record includes the page used to submit, the submission time and your permission to receive a reply. The site owner can view these records in a private inbox. When email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to the site owner through an email delivery provider. The site does not save unfinished form entries in browser storage.
Submitting a general question allows a reply about that request. It does not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing campaign. If you specifically request a curated home list or coming soon list and check its permission box, that request authorizes emails about the selected home opportunities. You can ask to stop at any time. An introduction to a lender or another professional requires your agreement. Do not submit account numbers, medical records, copies of orders or other highly sensitive documents.
Hosting and email delivery services process submissions to operate the site and deliver inquiry notifications. Short-lived, hashed network information is used to limit spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry database. To request a correction or deletion, use the contact method provided in the selected housing section.
Information created by normal website use
The website host and services used to deliver pages or images may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, referring page, requested page, date and time, and basic security or diagnostic records. KinnaClarkRE.com does not currently use its own advertising tracker to follow visitors across unrelated websites.

When information may be shared
Information may be shared with service providers supporting the website or business, Rapisarda Real Estate when required for brokerage supervision or a transaction, and professionals or referral partners when you request or authorize an introduction. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or address fraud and security.
Kinna does not sell personal information submitted directly to her and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Outside websites and services
The site links to independent services and official resources, including Rap Homes, Zillow, Canva, social media platforms, SmugMug and government or community websites. Outside links open in a new tab, keeping KinnaClarkRE.com available. Close the resource tab to return. Home, Back and Forward are available on every page. Navigation uses this tab’s history and a session storage list of pages on this site; that list is not sent to us. In either case, the destination’s privacy terms and data practices apply. A link does not mean Kinna controls that outside service.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, an ongoing client relationship, brokerage or transaction requirements, dispute prevention, security and applicable recordkeeping duties. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email, text message or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may browse the public resource pages without sending Kinna personal information. You may ask to review, correct or delete information submitted directly to Kinna, subject to identity verification and records that must be retained for legal, brokerage, transaction or security reasons. You may also ask to stop nontransactional marketing messages.
Children’s privacy
The family hub is written for parents and caregivers. It is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13, and children should not submit personal information through the contact links.
